I’m a Relate-qualified sex and relationship therapist specialising in the impact of intimate partner betrayal on partners and relationships.
I created The Betrayal Prescription to focus on helping women make sense of betrayal trauma, restore their sense of safety and stability and regain clarity after intimate deception, secrecy and integrity abuse.
I take a trauma-informed, body-aware approach that recognises how intimate partner betrayal affects the survivor’s nervous system, attachment patterns and sense of reality.
My work is partner-centred and focused on stabilisation, understanding and restorative justice rather than rushing forgiveness or forcing reconciliation.
